Junction box
Temar offers a wide range of connection systems between power supply cables and heating cables suitable for installation in safe or ATEX zones.
In addition to the traditional systems consisting of a kit, connection box and support plate, there are also quick connection systems that do not require silicone and/or heat sources such as heat-shrink components on the system, which are also certified for use in ATEX zones.
Customised boxes are also produced in various materials such as GRP, AISI316, and aluminium alloy.
Notes on operation:
- Junction boxes allow connection between the heating cables and the power supply cable in a stable and inspectable manner.
Examples of application:
- Connection of a heating cable to the power supply cable.
- Connection of several heating cables to a single power point.
- Connection of multiple single-phase power supply cables to a single three-phase cable coming from the panel.
